Probiotics Feed Your Gut, Improve Your Health

Did you know that, at any given time, you have more bacteria in your body than the total number of people who have ever lived on the planet? Being in the medical field I can appreciate the importance of some of the information that you provide.I believe the medical community has had a less than desirable practice of over-prescribing antibiotics. This coupled with the antibiotics in our food supply can only lead to long term problems. Thank you for such an informative article.
